Courtesy refunds and follow-up messages go through Amazon's buyer-to-seller messaging, within the permitted scope of post-purchase communication. Case filings follow Amazon's standard Community Guidelines dispute process. We don't condition refunds on review changes, don't solicit specific star ratings, and don't message buyers outside Amazon's Communication Guidelines.
