Usually not for older reviews. Amazon tends to auto-close Community Guidelines cases on feedback much older than about thirty days. The window that still works is filing within 48 hours of a review going live. Removal is always Amazon's call; acting quickly is the part you can own.

Yes. Everything runs on Amazon’s Selling Partner API. Review requests use the Solicitations API within Amazon’s allowed timing. Buyer messages and courtesy refunds stay inside permitted seller–buyer communication. Cases follow the standard Community Guidelines path. We never tie refunds to star ratings, ask buyers for specific scores, or message people outside Amazon’s Communication Guidelines.
